Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered.  Please take a moment to check product details, sizing, and photos carefully before purchasing — we do our best to make sure everything is shown clearly.

If something isn’t quite right, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original packaging.  To start a return, please use the Contact Page and put your order number, followed by the word return, in the comment box and we will process it within 48 hours. We do not accept returns on items marked final sale or clearance.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage and processing is the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.  In this case, we will arrange and pay for courier collection of the order, or ask you to please recycle the damaged goods, depending on the severity of the damage, and return your funds or replacement immediately.  

For regular returns, we will process a refund or exchange as soon as we have received the parcel, which is generally within 2-3 business days for shipments within Europe. Due to customs and duty implications, we cannot accept returns on global orders.
